Shire's Bourbon Honey blends the taste of aged Kentucky bourbon reduction with the honey of Little Shire Farm clover to produce a wonderfully flavored product that is mildly spiced with hints of cinnamon, brown sugar, and orange peel. It can be used in cooking, baking, cocktails or just drizzled on any favorite dessert such as ice cream or cheesecake.
