Our SDSU Signature Wool Trapper Blanket is reminiscent of the wool blankets that were traded with Native Americans for pelts, buffalo robes, pemmican, moccasins, and other trade goods. Native Americans prized the blankets because of their ability to hold heat even when wet. Net proceeds from the product will be used to provide scholarship support to students in Animal Science and Apparel Merchandising, and to promote the sheep & wool industry in South Dakota. There is no member discount on this item.
