About the author: Tammy and her husband, Ken, brought their first corgi puppy, Riley, home in the spring of 1995. Since then, they have always owned at least one corgi. Tammy currently lives in Brookings, South Dakota with Ken and their three corgis, Liz, PJ, and Murphy. When she is not writing children’s books or giving her dogs attention, Tammy teaches piano lessons and enjoys reading, golfing, flower gardening, and traveling.
