About the Authors: Carol Ford is a Minnesota-based vegetable producer and winter greenhouse expert who owns and operates Garden Goddess Produce, a winter CSA that grows fresh greens in a passive solar greenhouse she helped design. Chuck Waibel was a co-founder of Garden Goddess Enterprises, an inventor, speaker, and former university professor whose work with passive solar greenhouse design enabled year-round vegetable production in cold climates.
