The Beer Bible by Jeff Alworth--ON SALE NOW $15.00
Imagine sitting in your favorite pub with a friend who happens to be a world-class export on beer. That's this book. It covers the history: how we got from gruel-beer to black IPA in 10,000 years. The alchemy: malts, grains, and the miracle of hops. The variety: dizens of styles and hundreds of recommended brews (including suggestions based on your taste preferences), divided into four sections - Ales, Wheat, Beers, Lagers, and Tarts, and Wild Ales-- all described in mouthwatering detail.
Like our embroidered pillow and thermal bottle, this original design celebrates the State of South Dakota.
"The design is silk-screened, then framed with a hand embroidered border on a 100% cotton dish towel/ hand towel/ guest towel/ bar towel. Three stripes down both sides and hand dyed rick-rack at the top and bottom add a charming touch from a bygone era. It comes in a organdy re-usable pouch.
